Service Description
Increase your vertical, explosiveness, and lower-body power with our Jump Training sessions. Through plyometrics and impact-conscious training, we help you develop the explosive movements needed for higher jumps and quicker reactions on the court. With a strong emphasis on proper technique and healthy landing mechanics, you’ll improve quickness and explosiveness while minimizing injury risk. *Please note - if you will be participating in a lesson or small group the same day, your rate for the Jump Training session will be $45. If you will be signing up ONLY for the Jump Training session that day, your pricing will be $60. Coach: Karen Murphy
